WHITE OWL SANCTUARY
Caring for Abandoned, Abused, Injured Four-Leggeds on Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota

Project Rebuild
No matter what type of support your pets need, you can count on us to meet your needs and exceed your expectations. That’s because White Owl Sanctuary was created for one single reason - to provide all homeless/stray animals and pet parents the services and care that they need and deserve. Since being established in 2014, we’ve proudly served the Pine Ridge Reservation and continue to open our doors every day with a smile on our faces. Currently on the path to recovery, after the fire that destroyed our facility.
Project Rebuild is aimed to re-establish a permanent housing facility. With previous housing numbers as high as 50. Now down to 20, collectively, between our foster homes and our current set up. We Aim to build a New Facility on our New Property to do our part to help combat the ever rising numbers of homeless animals across the reservation.

We Really Need Your Help!
With a total of 8 cats and 10 dogs we recently had to turn away 3 cats and 2 dogs. Limited on housing space for the animals. We are asking for your help. With the purchase fo a new outdoor cat coop. We can increase our feline housing by 100% from our current numbers. Made with limited on hand materials, we were able to construct a temporary outdoor cat coop. With only three dog houses available for our current k9 residents.it is vital we get them some cover from the harsh South Dakota rain storms. Currently with most of the dogs being pups the houses quickly becoming inadequate as they're growing into teen pups, taking more and more room from the already crowded houses. With no more room available we ask that you take a look at our amazon wishlist to find out what is needed to raise our housing numbers.
